With our ERSA Rework Station we are able to do this easily by allowing you to recover the functionality of a faulty card.

The welding is checked visually on a monitor where is sent the signal of a camera we have mounted on the machine, this way you can see the moment when the BGA collapses as the ball melt, thus completing the welding process.
