Printed Circuit Boards Layout and PCB Routing

The Printed Circuit Board Layout and PCB Routing is our main job and is the one where we here in Tecno77 have accumulated the most experience.

We do PCBs from basic to complex, starting from Single-Side PCB, up to the multilayer, with through hole or blind holes, on all types of board, rigid, flexible or mixed.
The component can be mounted on one or both sides.
The contour of the board can be drawn by hand or imported from a customer's drawings in DXF format.
The routing, despite the possibility of using the Automatic Router, is almost always done by hand or interactively with the CAD program to have as a result a PCB with clean and optimized routed tracks, so as not to have surprises in testing phase, especially for critical or high-speed signals.
We also have the opportunity, on request, to calculate the impedance, to verify the integrity of the signals and do the analysis of emission and electromagnetic susceptibility for the most critical connections.
If you don't have the schematic layout, we can provide it to you, drawn with a CAD system.
