Prototype of Boards and Small Series Assembly

Trying to meet the needs of our customers has always been our priority.
Many customers will require quick assembly of board prototypes or small series even with components difficult or impossible to weld with traditional welders, see for example the BGA, so we have gradually developed our equipment for the assembly of various types of components.
Today we can mount both conventional PTH components or surface mount components SMD, BGA, QFP checking through Optical Inspection the proper welding of the most critical components.
We have a traditional welding equipment and a Vapor-Phase equipment for special cards where, for large mass differences between components or for the medium itself (heatsink, flexible media, ceramic or aluminium support) would be difficult to obtain a good weld with traditional methods.
For these prototypes we can also provide the components by searching among our suppliers to quickly find those components hard to find normally.
