An OPTICAL INSPECTION service is provided for BGA, Micro BGA, QFP and everything else that cannot be seen using traditional control systems. Here, the underneath of the component is checked to see if any tin deposits have been left, if the welding is cold, etc.
Everything is documented with photographs and measurements to define the quality level.

An OPTICAL POSITIONING system is used to assemble samples with any component. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the high costs of an assembly program and sheets that are normally thrown away (even more than once) because of the adjustments and modifications that inevitably have to be made to the MASTER before starting production.

A REWORK system is also used to remove and replace componentsthat did not pass the final testing (micro BGA included) from and in your production sheets.
